"I personally love State Farm, has been in the family since 2020, Alisha staff is awesome but Alisha you can never speak with her never return calls, she always on a call with an policy holder as if I’m not a policy holder. My insurance was switched from one apartment to another. My insurance has been jacked up since, no one can tell me why the policy is increasing, they have been billing me for $100 a month and my premium is only $400 I’m not understanding. I ask Alisha to call me multiple times never gotten a call, only Justin calls and Justin never seems to know much. I do not recommend this location. When my policy ends I will switch over to another State Farm this location is not helpful at all and you will never speak with your agent. I will be placing a review on the BBB website as well."

"We would like to recognize Justin Emory with Alisha Duman State Farm in Germantown, Tennessee for the tremendous amount of help, guidance and support he provided us as we navigated through a thirteen month water damage claim. Unfortunately during this period we were assigned three different adjustors. The first adjuster was a temporary contract employee of State Farm who left without notifying anyone. Then we were assigned a State Farm Disaster Adjuster who was of no help. We then took our problem to Justin who saw to it that the correct type of adjuster was assigned to our claim. That adjuster, Aldous Harris, was excellent. He was extremely responsive, explained procedures to us and resolved our claim in a very fair and timely manner. Thank you Aldous!
We had water damage in our kitchen, dining room, living room, and two closets. Once we were actually ready to start the repairs
we met with the contractor we had previously selected and it was a constant battle to get our project moving along. We would call or text our contractor with a question and then have to call or text numerous times every four or five days because we were not getting any response. Fortunately, Justin was following up with us to see how things were progressing, and again was able to advise us, and put us in contact with people who were able to move our project along. Thank you Justin for such outstanding service!"
